Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the sports agent shall apply to the State Sports Council in Form C for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees, and the State Sports Council shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
