Application for registration.—Every registered proprietor of a design carrying on the application of a registered design shall make an application for registration to the Registrar in Form 3, within fourteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of forty thousand rupees and a statement of every register of patents held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
