Intimation of change.—Every anganwadi centre shall intimate to the Local Complaints Committee, in Form III and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Local Complaints Committee shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two hundred rupees.
