Safe custody.—Every printer of election material shall keep every voting machine to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the printing of election material is carried on, shall record in Form 2B the description of every voting machine so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Electoral Registration Officer within ten days of the close of each year.
