Correction of entries.—The Electoral Registration Officer may, on an application made in Form 2A by any printer of election material or of its own motion, correct any clerical or arithmetical error in the register or in a certificate of registration, after giving notice of not less than forty-five days to any person likely to be affected by the correction.
