Application for registration.—Every charter operator carrying on the operation of non-scheduled air services shall make an application for registration to the Airports Economic Regulatory Authority in Form CA-6, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees and a statement of every log book held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
