Intimation of change.—Every operator of a pilgrim lodge shall intimate to the Charity Commissioner, in Form F and within one hundred and eighty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Charity Commissioner shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand rupees.
