Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the operator of a pilgrim lodge shall apply to the Charity Commissioner in Form G for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees, and the Charity Commissioner shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within three hundred and sixty-five days of the application.
