Intimation of change.—Every manufacturer of cosmetics shall intimate to the Drugs Controller, in Form 41 and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Drugs Controller shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
