Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the mediator shall apply to the Arbitration Council in Form F for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees, and the Arbitration Council shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within one hundred and twenty days of the application.
