Bye-law 31, Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (Appeals of The assessment of loss) Bye-laws, 2008 [SDK-46C]

Refusal of registration.—Where the Central Government is not satisfied that an application made in Form IRDA-5 is complete or that the fee of one lakh rupees has been paid, it shall record its reasons in writing, shall communicate the order of refusal to the applicant in Form IRDA-8 within fifteen days of the order together with a statement of the grounds on which it is made, and shall return with the order every document furnished with the application; and the applicant may make a fresh application at any time after one hundred and twenty days from the communication.
