Application for registration.—Every surveyor carrying on the assessment of loss shall make an application for registration to the Central Government in Form IRDA-2, within one hundred and twenty days of the commencement of these bye-laws, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees and a statement of every survey report held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
