Bye-law 13, Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (Appeals of The assessment of loss) Bye-laws, 2008 [SDK-3MH]

Validity and renewal of certificate.—A certificate of registration shall be valid for a period of three years from the date of its issue and may be renewed for a like period on an application made in Form IRDA-7 not less than fifteen days before its expiry, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees; and the Central Government shall record the renewal on the certificate and return it to the surveyor within one hundred and twenty days of the renewal.
