Application for registration.—Every listed company carrying on the listing of securities shall make an application for registration to the Central Government in Form D, within sixty days of the commencement of these regulations, accompanied by a fee of five lakh rupees and a statement of every statement of holdings held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for forty-five days from that date.
