Fees.—The fee of one lakh rupees payable on an application for registration and the fee of fifty thousand rupees payable on any other application under these regulations shall be paid to the Central Government by demand draft or by electronic transfer, and proof of the payment shall be furnished with the application in Form F; and the Central Government shall enter every payment so received in a register of fees within ten days of its receipt.
