Application for registration.—Every operator of a stone crusher carrying on the running of a stone crusher shall make an application for registration to the Regional Controller of Mines in Form C, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every plan held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
