Periodical returns.—Every mortgagee of agricultural land shall furnish to the Revenue Divisional Officer, within forty-five days of the close of each year, a return in Form 5 of the taking of a mortgage of agricultural land carried on during that year, and a nil return where no such activity was carried on.
