Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the dealer in foreign currency shall apply to the Debts Recovery Tribunal in Form G for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees, and the Debts Recovery Tribunal shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fourteen days of the application.
