Custody of the register.—The register maintained under these rules shall be kept at the office of the Debts Recovery Tribunal in the custody of the Banking Ombudsman, shall be bound and its pages numbered, and shall not be removed from that office except on the written order of the Debts Recovery Tribunal; and where the Banking Ombudsman having custody of it is succeeded by another, an entry recording the transfer of custody shall be made in Form G within sixty days of the succession.
