Rule 4, Kerala Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Records and Returns) Rules, 2007 [SDJ-8NJ]

Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the person carrying on a regulated activity shall apply to the Registrar of the Commission in Form C for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees, and the Registrar of the Commission shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within one hundred and twenty days of the application.
