Periodical returns.—Every arbitral award debtor shall furnish to the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, within one hundred and twenty days of the close of each year, a return in Form F of the satisfaction of an arbitral award carried on during that year, and a nil return where no such activity was carried on.
