Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the arbitral award debtor shall apply to the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi in Form B for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees, and the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
