Intimation of change.—Every domestic worker shall intimate to the Employees' Insurance Court, in Form 16 and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Employees' Insurance Court shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one hundred rupees.
