Rule 24, Delhi Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Registration) Rules, 2007 [SDJ-4VV]

Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the registered proprietor of a design shall apply to the Registrar in Form 2 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the Registrar shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within one hundred and eighty days of the application.
