Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the proprietor of a shooting range shall apply to the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi in Form VIII for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees, and the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
