Safe custody.—Every proprietor of a shooting range shall keep every weapon to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the running of a shooting range is carried on, shall record in Form III the description of every weapon so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi within thirty days of the close of each year.
