Application for registration.—Every proprietor of a shooting range carrying on the running of a shooting range shall make an application for registration to the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi in Form IV, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees and a statement of every permit held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ten days from that date.
