Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the proprietor of a shooting range shall apply to the Government of Assam in Form III for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees, and the Government of Assam shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fifteen days of the application.
