Application for registration.—Every e-commerce entity carrying on the carrying on of e-commerce shall make an application for registration to the Bureau of Indian Standards in Form F, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees and a statement of every weighing instrument held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for thirty days from that date.
