Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the e-commerce entity shall apply to the Bureau of Indian Standards in Form D for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees, and the Bureau of Indian Standards shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within sixty days of the application.
