Intimation of change.—Every co-developer shall intimate to the Development Commissioner, in Form SEZ-2 and within ninety days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Development Commissioner shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand rupees.
