Intimation of change.—Every commission agent in a market shall intimate to the Seed Certification Agency, in Form A and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Seed Certification Agency shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty rupees.
