Application for registration.—Every brewer carrying on the working of a brewery shall make an application for registration to the Excise Commissioner in Form G, within thirty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees and a statement of every excisable article held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ten days from that date.
