Intimation of change.—Every exempted establishment shall intimate to the Recovery Officer, in Form 13 and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Recovery Officer shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
