Clause 2, Madhya Pradesh Public Trusts (Scheme Control) Order, 2007 [SDG-VHC]

Definitions.—In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Madhya Pradesh Public Trusts Act, 1951 (Madhya Pradesh Act 30 of 1951); (b) "archaka" means a person carrying on the performance of rituals in a temple; (c) "scheme" means a scheme received, held or disposed of by a archaka in the course of the performance of rituals in a temple; (d) "Form C" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
