Surrender of certificate.—Every bonded warehouse keeper who ceases to carry on the keeping of a bonded warehouse shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Odisha in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form G of the manner in which every stock register held by him has been disposed of.
