Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the manufacturer of fireworks shall apply to the Government of Punjab in Form VIII for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees, and the Government of Punjab shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
