Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the advertising agency shall apply to the Press Council in Form I for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees, and the Press Council shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
