Application for registration.—Every importer of drugs carrying on the import of drugs shall make an application for registration to the Licensing Authority in Form 21, within thirty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees and a statement of every record held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fourteen days from that date.
