Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the importer of drugs shall apply to the Licensing Authority in Form 20-B for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees, and the Licensing Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fifteen days of the application.
