Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the generating company shall apply to the State Commission in Form VII for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees, and the State Commission shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within twenty-one days of the application.
