Periodical returns.—Every operator of a remotely piloted aircraft shall furnish to the Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau, within ninety days of the close of each year, a return in Form CA-8 of the operation of a remotely piloted aircraft carried on during that year, and a nil return where no such activity was carried on.
