Application for registration.—Every operator of a remotely piloted aircraft carrying on the operation of a remotely piloted aircraft shall make an application for registration to the Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau in Form CA-6, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees and a statement of every aerodrome held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for twenty-one days from that date.
