Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any operator of a remotely piloted aircraft dies, his legal representative shall, within fifteen days of the death, intimate the death to the Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau in Form CA-8, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every aircraft then held; and the Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau shall enter the intimation in the register within ninety days of its receipt.
