Surrender of certificate.—Every operator of a remotely piloted aircraft who ceases to carry on the operation of a remotely piloted aircraft shall, within sixty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form CA-3 of the manner in which every navigation aid held by him has been disposed of.
