Intimation of change.—Every informant under a statistical survey shall intimate to the Official Language Commission, in Form 4 and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Official Language Commission shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one hundred rupees.
