Application for registration.—Every executor of a will carrying on the administration of the estate of a deceased person shall make an application for registration to the District Court in Form I, within fourteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten rupees and a statement of every account held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
