Intimation of change.—Every operator of a pre-school shall intimate to the Director of Education, in Form H and within one hundred and twenty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Director of Education shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
