Surrender of certificate.—Every operator of a pre-school who ceases to carry on the running of a pre-school shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Director of Education in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form H of the manner in which every course held by him has been disposed of.
