Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the operator of a pre-school shall apply to the Director of Education in Form B for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees, and the Director of Education shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within one hundred and twenty days of the application.
